BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Reverend Craig A. Harcum serves as the Senior Pastor of the Macedonia Baptist Church in Arlington, Virginia. He is a strong visionary leader that is dedicated to edifying the congregation, developing committed leaders, expanding community outreach, providing health resources, and establishing strong partnerships with various organizations. He is passionate about building upon the great ministry foundation of Macedonia by helping people and families enrich their lives through the discipleship of Jesus Christ.

Over the last 24 years of full-time pastoral ministry, Reverend Harcum has been blessed with many opportunities to preach, teach, and lecture at various regional and national conventions, churches, and conferences. He formerly served as the President of the George A. Crawley Fellowship, the Vice-President of the Greater Baltimore Simultaneous Revival Fellowship, and a governing board member of The Living Legacy Foundation (Infinite Legacy). Currently, Reverend Harcum serves on the Board of Directors for Bridges to Independence in Arlington, Virginia and on the Advisory Council for Volunteer Arlington. Moreover, he is an active member of the Kingdom Association of Covenant Pastors (KACP), the Arlington Coalition of Black Clergy, Leadership Arlington Class of 2024 graduate and he is a proud member of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

In addition to his extensive pastoral leadership, he has over 16 years of executive business experience with a strong background in project management, technology, real estate, and leadership development. Reverend Harcum received his higher education from Morgan State University and Strayer University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Networking with honors (Summa Cum Laude). He also has a master’s degree from United Theological Seminary with a concentration in Urban Church Renewal and Leadership Development. Reverend Harcum has been a devoted husband to Rhonda for over 26 years, and he is also the extremely proud father of two lovely daughters.
