Kiely Wilkerson (Lead '25) is the President and CEO of Strategic Engineering Solutions (SES), a firm that drives technological advances to address the world's most critical health and national security issues. Kiely has contributed to international and national initiatives responsible for igniting technical revolutions and led special projects for Cabinet-level officials and the White House. A recognized leader in the industry, her accolades include DARPA Contractor of the Year, Northern Virginia's 40 under 40, J. Ambler Johnston Award for Outstanding Leadership, and the George E. Russell Award for Exemplary Service. Grounded in the belief that “to whom much is given, much is required,” Kiely devotes talent and treasure to local, regional, and global nonprofits. She is proud to reside and work in the Arlington community alongside her family.
