BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Kristen is a Managing Director within Accenture’s Communication, Media, and Technology practice where she is an account lead at Amazon. Previously, she was part of Accenture Federal Services (AFS) and was the Defense & Intel Diamond Client Account Lead (DCAL). She has also served as the Operations practice lead (2021-2024), the Talent & Organization practice lead (2015-2018), and the Intelligence Community Strategy & Consulting practice lead (2012-2015).

Kristen has over 25 years of experience in strategy, digital transformation, HR and ERP systems, supply chain, deployment, delivery, and processes improvement. Her work at Accenture has centered on large scale business transformation efforts to prepare organizations for new processes and technology through transformational change.

Kristen works with clients to understand technology, process, and workforce challenges and help solve issues in mission critical space such as Operations, HR, Supply Chain, and Data/AI. Her primary area of focus has been in the Department of Defense with clients across the Armed Services, the Intelligence Community, and the 4^th Estate. She combines her extensive technology and delivery experience with business strategies to help solve key issues for clients.

Kristen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Information Technology from The College of William & Mary. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), and an International Coach Federation (ICF) certified coach. She serves on boards in the Northern Virginia area including Leadership Center of Arlington and Easterseals committees. Kristen lives in Arlington, VA with her husband and 3 kids and enjoys running, playing soccer, cooking, and cheering for the Washington Commanders, Nationals, and Capitals.
