Lead Application for Arlington County Employees
This application is for Arlington County employees only. If you are not an Arlington County employee, please complete our standard application. Completing this application does not guarantee you a spot in the program, it will first be reviewed by Arlington County for acceptance.
The deadline for employees of Arlington County to apply for the Lead Class of 2027 has passed.
Applicants will be notified by Wednesday, June 10, 2026. Applications for the Class of 2028 will open in early 2027.
