Congratulations on being selected as a 2023 Northern Virginia 40 Under 40 honoree!

Please use the following form to submit your video statement by Monday, February 6, 2023. The video will be used in the virtual honoree celebration on Friday, March 24, 2023.

Video requirements

• Due by Monday, February 6, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. ET
• Must be 30-seconds or less
• Must be submitted as an MP4 via the form below
• Must answer/respond to one (only one) of the provided prompts, see below
• Do NOT say your name or thank people in your video, this is not an acceptance speech. The honoree's name will be displayed as an overlay on the video.

Recording tips

• Record the video horizontally or landscape (wider than tall)
• When filming, put the camera at, or slightly below, eye level. If you are filming yourself, your eyes should look slightly downward when viewing the middle of the screen.
• Position yourself at least an arm's length from the camera
• Do NOT hold the camera to record yourself
• Consider the lighting of where you film your video, make sure your face is illuminated
