Congratulations on being selected as a 2024 Northern Virginia 40 Under 40 honoree!

Please use the following form to submit your video statement by Friday, March 1, 2024. The headshot will be used in the honoree announcements and celebration event promotions. The video will be used in the virtual honoree celebration on Tuesday, April 16, 2024.

Video requirements

• Due by Friday, March 1, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. ET
• Maximum 30 seconds (additional time will be cut)
• Record the video horizontally or landscape (wider than tall)
• Must be submitted as an MP4 via the form below
• Must answer/respond to one (only one) of the provided prompts, see below
• Do NOT say your name or thank people in your video, this is not an acceptance speech. The honoree's name will be displayed as an overlay on the video.

Recording tips

• When filming, put the camera at, or slightly below, eye level. If you are filming yourself, your eyes should look slightly downward when viewing the middle of the screen.
• Position yourself at least an arm's length from the camera
• Do NOT hold the camera to record yourself
• Consider the lighting of where you film your video, make sure your face is illuminated
