BOARD OF DIRECTOR
George Bailey is senior vice president and strategic client adviser in Lockton Northeast’s Washington, DC, office. In this role, he is responsible for leading existing and new client engagements and directing teams in delivering customized solutions and unparalleled services in the areas of employee benefits, retirement, and risk management.
With 25 years in the industry, George has extensive experience in a range of employee benefit areas across numerous industries including strategy development; financial reporting, analytics and funding analysis; mergers and acquisitions; voluntary benefits; pharmacy analysis; international benefits; retirement plans; consumerism and wellness strategies; healthcare reform and compliance; performance audits; carrier negotiations and analysis; private exchanges and benefits technology/administration; and executive benefits.
George joined Lockton in 2016. He is originally from the Boston, MA area and has lived in Arlington for 25 years. He and his wife Kimberly have three children ages 17, 15 and 12 who are very active with numerous sports and activities.
George is also a member of the Arlington County Civil Service Commission and is serving as the Chair of this year’s March of Dimes Signature Chef Auction event in Washington, DC on October 24th.
