The Ignite program provides the spark for organizations seeking to develop rising talent. It exposes participants to skills, ideas, and established area leaders, offering a space to explore personal and professional leadership development, and catapult emerging leaders into situations that create value and impact.
For High Potential Leaders
Ignite is a cross-sector, diverse cohort of emerging, regional leaders who are curious to learn, develop, and make a greater impact both professionally and civically. Not age-specific, they have been identified by senior leadership as being on a trajectory for growth. Their spark is ready to Ignite!
Enhanced Leadership
Ignite will develop and enhance power skills around self-awareness, building trust, managing teams, conflict management, and networking. Learning from established and expert leaders in their fields, participants will return to their professional and civic spheres of influence with confidence, renewed perspective, and practical tools to lead more effectively.
Community Impact
Sparking community impact, Ignite participants will work in teams to put their power skills into action as they work to solve authentic challenges in our community. Teams will deliver a high impact service project with one of our Volunteer Arlington nonprofit partners.
