For over 25 years, the Lead program has offered a trusted and valued experience for established leaders. Through a nine-month cohort, respected community leaders are selected to build deeper relationships within the Arlington region, explore complex community issues, and discover how their leadership can create lasting impact.

Each year, the Lead cohort convenes a select, cross-sector group of established leaders committed to shaping Arlington and the broader region. Through deep exploration of local and regional challenges, participants gain a systems-level perspective to strengthen their capacity to lead at a community scale.
