The Leadership Center for Excellence’s annual Leadership Summit on May 18, 2023, will feature speakers specializing in leading transformational change. As business continues to evolve, so too must leaders.

This half-day leadership development event at Marymount University’s Ballston Campus will run from 1:00 – 5:30 p.m. It is for both established and emerging leaders in the greater Northern Virginia/D.C. area, and it also serves as the culmination of the Leadership Center for Excellence’s Class of 2023 programs including Leadership Arlington, Leadership Alexandria, and Ignite Young Professionals. This year’s class speakers are:
- Henry Spencer, Arlington County Fire Department, Ignite Young Professionals Class of 2023
- Kimiko Lighty, Restorative Arlington, Leadership Arlington Class of 2023
- Pamela Gilchrist, Innovation Campus, Leadership Alexandria Class of 2023
